Seclude Palampur

Location, though off the main track, offered fantastic views of the Dhauladhar mountain ranges on one side and lush green fields on the other. Stuff service and food quality was of top most quality.

This is split into two villas and is not well explained on booking.com site; nor explained by the site coordinators while booking.

Set in the lap of snow covered mountains and fields far from the madding crowd, the views are simply breathtaking. There is total peace and tranquility. The cottage replicates the ambience of a typical Himachali village home while being fitted with every modern amenity. Its glass walls give an uninterrupted panoramic view of the mountains, fields and valley while still being indoors. The sit-out is spacious and makes one feel connected with the environment. The staff was very welcoming and they did everything possible to make our stay memorable. The chefs Maneet and Ranveer Singh were highly accomplished. They served us wide variety of dishes to international standards. The attendants Udham Singh and Chaman Singh were brisk and efficient at all times. The housekeeping services were ably supported by Anjana. The team worked harmoniously under the leadership and able guidance of Bajinder and Chain Singh ji. Talking with Chain Singh ji was an enriching experience. We look forward to visiting again.

There was nothing adverse. However, it would do well to provide the sit-out with a railing to avoid any possible mishap. The room could do with a mirror.

The location, the service, the Cottage and the food was awesome. Very peaceful place to enjoy your vacation, neighbourhood is also very good.

Few of the furniture need some maintainence else everything was great.

The view from red cedar cottage was awesome. The food was good. The staff made all the efforts to make our stay comfortable. Being surrounded by nature was best.

food - since the property is in a secluded spot there are no restaurants near by, only option is to eat at the property. however the food there i not upto the mark. cottage- the location of the cottage is excellent but the cottage is made poorly. the windows ans doors do not fit, during windy conditions you can feel the breeze/wind in the cottage even after closing all windows and doors.
