Shobha Farmhouse

Actually nothing except the behaviour of the owners son Jatin UMRAAO

Out of the way no facilities at all. Food has to be ordered on phone from local restaurants. No running kitchen. Rooms are not planned as per hospitality industry rules. Poor taste no proper towels or toiletry. Only one tiny soap. AC remote available only when I threw an upset. The surrounding area is unkept no gardening no cleaning. To walk to the rocky beach you need to go through a patch with no proper pathway filled with animal waste and garbage

1. The serene location of the property. It is close to sea shore and hills as well. 2. The locality is very peaceful and safe. Also easily accessible via Revdanda-Murud Road. 3. The hosts are amazing. Shobha ji and her son Jatin are always available for any help. 4. The landscape is beautiful in all seasons. 5. There is very less houses and resorts close to this house, hence there is hardly any noise from outside. 6. Booking is available only for families, therefore no unruly crowd here to spoil your vacation time. I went there in winter, now I want to revisit this place during monsoon.

Driveway from main gate to house need proper paving, so that guests can walk comfortably.

Very undisturbed environment,ideal for ecotourism.very reasonable price.beach close by.as birdwatchers we had a treat.shobha is a great host, single-handedly solving small and big issues.would come here again

The absence of a good entrance with signboard s and lights,a good road from entrance to the guesthouse. Ji

My stay was wonderful! Our room was spotless and comfortable, with excellent views of the mountains, the host was incredibly helpful and the location was peaceful and beautiful all around.
