Shobha Farmhouse

The owner of this property is very unscrupulous. On the profile, it says that this property has access to the beach. It does not. The property is very badly maintained. The owner knows this, so when you are booking, she will ask you for a full payment. Later when you go to stay there, you will see how bad the place is but she won't give you a refund. This is a scam. We were conned.

Spacious rooms and good air conditioning. Hot water availability 24/7.

In one of the two rooms that we stayed.. there was no dressing table (mirror) so going to bathroom everytime was little uncomfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here The host was amazing and very friendly. She couldn’t do enough to help us. . 

The water pressure was low in the shower, but I’m sure it would’ve been sorted if we had asked.

Locationwas exceptional, beautiful views

Needs more attentive staff. Water supply issues needs to be better.

Staff needs be well versed with customer support.

Some suggestions (1)Plz uploaded latest photos of rooms, ambience etc and remove all old ones. Old pics are creating false feel good impression. (2) Plz check all AC's yourself for cooling effectiveness. (3) If possible, plz change the beds and linen ( existing ones look very outdated and low floor ). Otherwise, plz repair it, increase bed height and change the bed linen completely. After all, it.has to look better than a cheap lodge.
