Minria Guest House

Very clean place. Owner very friendly and helpful. Fridge, water cooker and some plates cups and cutlery are provided and very helpful. Everything worked just fine. Close to Maria Hall so convenient for access to public transport. Very quiet location in a dead end side street. Great little balcony which I very much enjoyed. Highly recommendable!

Not very close to the beach, 10 to 15 minute walk, or quick ride by tuktuk.

This is a gem of a place, located off a quiet lane close to MARIA HALL, i found the room very clean and plenty of storage which was just lovely even coat hangers! The room had a compfy bed with clean sheets and a towel too....Had a kettle and plates/cutlery and cups. a nice decent sized fridge with freezer compartment all clean and wonderful! The bathroom was spotless with HOT water which was a bonus, every 5 days the room gets a good clean with change of bed sheets and towel, the floors are swept and bathroom cleaned as well a real bonus. The WI-FI is super fast no lag at all which was wonderful ! Nothing was too much trouble for the owner a nice likeable chap i did notice guests staying where regular visitors which spoke volumes for MINRIA GUEST HOUSE! These people are lovely, a few times i did sit with the family and chatted like life long friends which was nice, some lovely flowers and shrubs all over the place vibrant colours and no mosquitos here!!!! The land mark Maria hall is a very short walk away and the beach is close a mere 20 minute walk....Shops are plenty in this area as is the bus stop for Margao town......Every thing is close by a big thank you MINRIA GUEST HOUSE!!!!

Bathroom is small but clean

Lovely property. The room was spacious and comfortable. In a quiet area and a nice 1.5km walk to the beach. The owner was attentive and welcoming.

Absolutely clean, perfectly maintained, in a quite area but close to shops and restaurants and beach, good piece, AC working perfectly, hot water fast to come.

No downsides

Very nice and comfortable stay. The host/owner is absolutely amazing and accommodating.

The location & cleanliness was first class. The owner and his family are such lovely people and went out of their way to ensure we had everything. Really couldn’t fault this place.
