Really clean , excellent facilities for my need . Felt real safe as a women solo traveler. Host is very accommodating and always happy to make sure everything is ok for the guest. I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Stayed 5 nights

Had a wonderful stay here. Very clean room and premises. The room I stayed in had a balcony and a fridge, which was handy. Mr. Pereira and the whole family are wonderful hosts. Had nice chats with them each time we saw each other. Mr. Pereira helped out with recommendations for restaurants, bike rentals etc. Even the staff member who worked there (whose name I have regrettably forgotten) was a great guy. They have a bunch of fluffy and calm cats who were just chilling whenever I saw them. I could keep my luggage at the property while waiting for the room to be ready, and after I had checked out. Being in the middle of town, there are shops, restaurants and a bus stop nearby. The Benaulim beach is also not far from the stay. Would love to stay here again.

Would have liked a hand-wash soap dispenser in the bathroom. There were a lot of stray dogs in the neighbourhood that caused issues while going out and returning, though this is not the property's fault.

The best guest house in India, never mind Goa! It’s impeccably clean, big rooms, cool AC, nice bathrooms. Big, comfortable bed and a full size fridge. The owner is lovely and attentive. It’s perfect.

Super clean premises and room... Beach is just at a distance of 10 min drive.. Friendly owner and comfortable stay.. One bottle of water was provided. I stayed for 3 nights.

No power socket for EV vehicle..It could be easily possible to have a 15amps charging socket... It would have be more convenient if they would have provided on chargeable basis.
