The guest house is absolutely amazing in every way. The rooms were neat and spotless, the bed was comfortable, clean bedsheets were provided, the A/C was working fine, a balcony with a decent view on the adjacent road was there, the bathroom was big and very clean with hot water facilities. There was a fridge, a hot water kettle provided, and some cutlery was also there. The staff and owner were also very helpful. It was a great stay overall. Bonus: The cute cats.

a. It is a bit far from the beach (about a kilometre). If you are with a vehicle it wont be a problem, but if you are solo and walking, then it will take some time. b. Would be even better if they provided food options.
