スタッフさんがみんな暖かくて対応してくれてほっこりしました。 朝便で到着したので、早いチェックインでしたがすぐに部屋を用意してくれ朝食も用意してくれて本当に助かりました。 お水はボトルでいつでももらえるのも良かったです。

夕食のオプションなどあればよかったかもしれないです。 あとアクセスが少しわかりにくかったです。

メインバザールに近く、観光、食事、買い物に便利なロケーション。 スタッフの対応もよく、車の手配や時間外の朝食など、急なお願いにも関わらず対応してくれて助かりました。 ゲストハウスなのでアメニティは石鹸しかないが、温かいシャワーを浴びることができます。

The friendly staff and the bed was nice. I was greeted nicely with tea and biscuits. The manager reminded me to rest for the first day to acclimatize. The location is very close to the market and the garden is lovely.

It’s a bit on the pricey side. Also if you drive a bike there is nowhere to park. The guesthouse is tucked in so there is no lobby

Toiletries can be much more better especially the bucket n mug.

Staff behaviour was far ahead of my expectations. Very nice breakfast.

Excellent location and friendly staff. Thank you so much, Arif. So kind of you to welcome us. It’s only 400m from Siala to the Leh center bazar and about 1,4km to Shanti Stupa. They have a beautiful organic garden with a lot of veggies. Love it so much.

Staff were ever willing to help and make me feel comfortable

I was there in March when it was still below zero. Not enough heating

We stayed in Siala in December - when it's very cold - and the heating was great, both of the room and of the consistently hot showers (something high-end hotels in Leh don't manage to achieve). Also, every night the team would bring us hot water bottles for the bed and hot drinking water. Really cosy. Before going to Ulley, my boyfriend forgot one pair of his gloves, and incredibly when we returned 2 weeks later the staff had held them aside in case we came back. Another time, I urgently needed a power adaptor and they procured one in like 10 minutes. Wonderful team and comfortable place - we daydreamed about returning to it while hiking in the -10 valleys.
