Overall property is good and good inner view and near to main market, staff Specially Mr Vijay and owner Arif is very supportive. however the hotel entrance is quite small and with stairs, no parking at all. Budget hotel and be double cautious while booking via Booking.com as for this hotel they add service charge, which should not be there in India

The location of the Guest House was exceptional. Just take a short cut and within 5 minutes of walking you'll reach the Leh main market. Staff was attentive and there was also room service if you needed hot water or any add ons. I used the laundry service which was charged by piece, although a little expensive it came out clean and smelled really good. Without a shadow of doubt I'll definitely stay here again if I were in Leh!

The heater was working but it wasn't very strong so in April we still had to wear socks to sleep

The host is superb! We liked the ambiance of the place, friendliness of the people. The guest house also helped to arrange all our travel needs (e.g: driver, permits and itinerary) without charging commissions. The driver who the guest house arranged is also very experienced.

There is a slight problem with the hot water in one of our rooms, which the hot water kept coming out as boiling hot and unable to use (it is fine on the other room).
