"I didn’t end up staying and booked somewhere else"

This was not what we booked and when we turned up the rooms was dirty… the bedding hadn’t been washed as the was stains on the sheet and blood on the pillows. I did not stay and booked somewhere else

It was really Messed up. No cleaning at all in the room. Mattress was Filthy. Pillows were not proper as it was like cushions with bad quality. Bathroom was filthy as well Plus No Heating. Really Had bad experience and wont be coming here again and will not recommend it to anybody in the future. Address was mentioned 11 pine street when i booked but when i contacted the Property they said its 25 Shaw street which was completely different address from where i booked.
