Beautiful Rooms SHAW ST AND PINE ST

There was nothing to like. This place is disgusting.

Disgusting. Health hazard - both because of the filth and the sandwich bag wrapped around the smoke detector. Black public hairs everywhere. Carpet filthy. Food crumbs on floor. Finger nail clippings beside the kettle. Brown stuff smeared across wall. Mildew and yellow stains on the sheets, duvet and pillows. Dirty shower and bathroom. Just revolting. Could not stay there - had to drive home that night and cancel my plans for the next day. Am still waiting for my full refund. Could only upload 4 photos, but I have loads.

Bed sheet was very bad and pillows were not good

There was a sharps bin lid (A health hazard) and dirty dishes left in the room. The towels and sheets were stained. A filthy, stained duvet was left in the cupboard. The room stank of cigarette smoke. Broken furniture with stained walls with holes and smears. The bathroom had mould and a blue injection deterrent light installed. At first, I couldn't get my lock box open (It was jammed shut, next to a broken electrics box, also a hazard) and I called the hotel number, only to be left on voicemail. Approximately 40 minutes later, a furious woman returned my call, berating me for leaving, claiming the room was "very clean" and demanding to know my whereabouts. This is not a legitimate hotel! I had to leave it was so unsanitary. AVOID!
