The shower didn’t drain properly. I saw that another reviewer had this problem and it’s still not fixed. You must stop the shower every 1-2 minutes so that the shower does not overflow into the bathroom. I can tell it’s an ongoing issue because the door is warped and very difficult to push open and closed. There isn’t much privacy from the neighbors across the street. Since there is no AC, you must keep the window open and there is no curtain or screen for privacy and bugs. We were left with a half roll of toilet paper upon arrival and when we ask for another roll, they made us go to their office a few streets away to retrieve it ourselves. Kind of weird. It seems like it would’ve been simple for one of the employees to just drop off another toilet roll at the hotel room, or have extras located within the hotel somewhere. I don’t think the hotel should be labeled as a “studio” since all there is is a fridge. There’s no microwave, hot plate, etc.

Good location, comfortable and reasonable price for Como area. A quiet location that is not too far from the main ferry area.

Light at hallway was not working. Did not top up soap and coffee as both were finished when we checked in.

Amiable host, great location, easy check-in, enough space for 2 pax.

The internet connection did not get fixed despite asking for several days.
