Wonderful and helpful staff. Good location with all facilities.

Luggage storage time is only till 6 PM. Bad lightening.

- great location, very central to everything - surrounded by good restaurants, bars, etc - high-quality bed (mattress and pillows very comfortable) - in general clean, except for some cobwebs on the high ceiling and on the ventilator - in old beautiful palazzo, with a lovely courtyard, apartment with thick walls, so quite cool and no noise from other inhabitants - all in all a pleasant room, although it was smaller than expected

- door of bathroom is jammed, one can hardly open or close the door, which is rather annoying - cobwebs to the left of the window, and the ventilator is not clean. It was hot, so we used it a lot but felt as if we were sprinkled with dust - only two hours before we arrived we received all instructions how to get in. Since our phones are not online all the time, we have been waiting in front of the door for a while, ringing the bell, trying to be patient. Until we received the delayed message with instructions to enter. Then everything went smoothly. - all in all we feel the space is a bit overpriced. We have been traveling a lot in Italy, also to expensive cities like Venice, and this one was relatively the most expensive. - some of our points of criticism have been repeatedly mentioned by other visitors. We just do not understand why these minor, but annoying issues cannot be solved.

Location of was ideal for a stay in Como. Easy check in online & check out

The room was dirty even though we were charged a cleaning fee separate.( Bathroom had someone else's hair in it, the ceiling fan was absolutely filthy with spiders webs all around the ceiling cornice. Either clean the room properly if charging a specific cleaning fee or remove the fee and carry out a general clean. Also no TV, or air conditioning in the room and the coffee machine which was promised did not work.

The location was perfect, in the old city. We arrived during a hear wave and though the place doesn't have aircon, the ceiling fan (plus closing and opening the shutters as appropriate) really did the trick! The building has a cute, classic courtyard. Accessing the property was really simple and could have been done at any time (we arrived after midnight). Plus - the pillows in this place were probably the most comfortable I've ever come across on holiday!

The space was smaller than what I expected from the pictures. It wasn't much of a problem, as we didn't spend much time there during the day, but it did make it feel a bit more cramped. Bed sheets were not as clean as I would have liked them, but there wasn't anything disturbing, everything else was nice and clean. Our biggest complaint is that the shower didn't drain properly. At one point we thought it was blocked, messaged the company/owners who said they'll come the following morning (it was Friday eve, so not complaining about that), but never showed up nor contact us again. We didn't pursue it as it turned out it wasn't blocked just draining slowly so we managed, but not a great response from them....
