Room Cleanliness Position

Lack of regular provision of towels

The property is in a great location, right in the centre of Como City and a short walk from the ferry and restaurants/shops.

When I arrived my room hadn’t been cleaned. I walk into a dirty bathroom, unmade bed and towels on the floor, with rubbish on the bathroom floor from the bin. The room smells a bit damp and mouldy. I found the secure box to access the building/rooms keys very difficult to use. The lack of light around the building and walking up to the room of an evening is very bad and quite dangerous. The room itself was very tired, lots of cracks up the wall. The front door and the bathroom door are very old too. It says the rooms have sound proof walls but you can hear absolutely everything in the building. No complimentary water etc when you arrive. Sadly I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Shower flooded the bathroom when it was used and we had to unblock it ourselves and was full of hair!! 😕

Our room was very clean and nicely presented, some cracks in the plaster and things but nothing really to complain about for a few nights' stay. The location was perfect for us - a little off the main tourist areas and maybe ten minutes walk to a big underground carpark. There was a mini fridge in the room for a few drinks and a complementary pod-coffee.

As is increasingly the case with these room-rentals, there were quite a few instructions to follow to get our keys and gain access to the apartment. Everything was manageable but don't expect the slick check-in you might experience at a hotel or even some AirBNB's where a host might meet you to show you in. The instructions were sent via whatsapp - which is again fine for us but it did mean we decided to first check-in and then collect our bags from the car afterwards. The wall sockets were a nightmare and we struggled to find the ones that we could push a plug into. In the end, we were fortunate there was an extension cord we could remove the coffee machine from temporarily for phone chargers. The room was very dark in general.

La situation est idéale, plein centre, près de tout, bars, restaurants dans la rue, mais chambre très calme car située sur une cour intérieure

2 rouleaux de papier wc, 3 jours, 2 personnes, un peu restreint... Notre départ prévu à 10 h00 avec Ivana. La femme de ménage tentant d'ouvrir la porte avec ses clés à 8 h15 le matin pour faire le ménage... bof

Gute Lage, Preis war okay, Möbel sind schön und bequem

Abfluss im Bad war verstopft. Dusche kann nicht geschlossen werden und das Bad wird „überschwemmt“. Tür im Bad lässt sich nicht vollständig schliessen (man sieht ins Bad rein). Eingangstür bleibt oben einen Spalt geöffnet (man sieht jedoch von aussen nicht herein).

Gostei do espaço dasa de banho é grande e bonita.

Não gostei de pagar pequeno almoço incluído para duas noites e ter direito apenas a 1 dia . Pequeno almoço um capuccino e um croissant apenas, sem outra opção ou terás de pagar a cima a diferença. O pior foi perguntar a anfitrião e não obter resposta,acho que foi uma falta de educação. Não gostei do cheiro a mofo das toalhas do WC Não gostei de encontrar cabelos na cama. Não ter lençol entre cama e edredom e sentir que não estavam lavados . Almofadas também com cheiro e amarelas.
