The staff were super friendly, helpful and very respectful. The view is insane!

No AC + also the walk from the town is down the railway with no lighting at night time so may not be suitable for some solo travellers

Everything is just perfect! Ramesh is an extraordinary host, lovely, extremely helpful and focused in making our stay perfect. The view from the room is absolutely stunning. Waking up looking at the sunrise, the mountains and one big waterfall is priceless. The room is extremely clean, and cared in every detail: good quality pillows and blanket, amenities, fantastic shower with hot water and elegant decoration. The location is also perfect, far enough from the noise and caos of the town but just 10 minutes walk along the train track (which is safe and pretty). Ah, and the breakfast is delicious, with a lot of options. In summary, I highly recommend this place, excellent value for everything that offers you

Notre séjour à Rock Grand View a été parfait ! Notre hôte a été très accueillant, serviable et de très bons conseils pour nos sorties. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et copieux, la vue de notre chambre époustouflante. L'hôtel est situé à 10min à pieds du centre en longeant les rails, localisation parfaite pour des nuits au calme mais proche de toutes commodités.

Der Ausblick von dem Balkon auf die Felder und auf den Wasserfall sind traumhaft schön. Das Zimmer hat eine gute Ausstattung. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Such a beautiful stay. The best view of Ella seeing all the mountains and even one of the waterfalls. The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is nice. Ramesh is an amazing host, such a kind soul. Very accomodating and was able to sort out tuk tuks for me with my hikes. And helped me with some suggestions of sight seeing. The morning I left he made me the tastiest breakfast. I would definitely recommend and will be coming back.
