Fabulous location, amazing view, very helpful and courteous staff.

The staff were excellent, stunning views, the hotel was clean and tidy with an excellent breakfast.

Great location, just minutes from the main town and train station, but located up a short steep hill/steps (3/4mins walk) so very peaceful. The room was very comfortable with fantastic views. Nice breakfast and the staff were very accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer!

So much to love here! The view, the people, the breakfast, the location. Felt like a magical treehouse adventure. Walking distance to town (steps and steep hill) but so little noise. Perfect - one of my favourite places to stay ever!

Like everywhere in Ella there’s a short, steep hill to get to the accomodation and steps to the room. I arrived with some knee pain so it was a little challenging but everywhere here is up a hill.

The second we checked in we told the property we want to extend to 2 nights instead of one, they said a price we said we want to extend ok but is there a way for better price, the employee said he would talk to the manager, the day after in 10 am, the manager says remember to check out today and thats the night are fully booked after we talked with employee on staying this night
