"Exceptional"

This riad was perfect to explore the Medina of Fez, as it's just 5 minutes on foot from the Blue Gate. The staff will pick you up where the taxi drops you off (taxis can't enter the old town). The riad itself is lovely, comfortable and well decorated, with a very nice terrace overlooking the Medina. Breakfast is good, and it's also possible to eat there, if you book a few hours in advance. Note that there are steep stairs, as everywhere in Morocco

"Great stay!"

Facilities were great, room was clean. Omar and Zakaria were super friendly! Breakfast was yummy and they even prepared a small take away breakfast as we left early. Would recommend this place to all travelling in Fes.

Staff is amazing, we loved Sakaria & Omar. What you see online is what you get, no bad surprises. Omar helped us out in a situation post our stay in which we felt unsafe and were scared! Thank you Omar!

Nothing.

These guys are a scam. This rating is distorted. They ask everyone to give a good rating and ask for a 10. If they have a feeling that you won't give a high score they cancel your reservation with booking so that you can't leave a review. I had to ask booking to reopen my reservation in order to make a review. The truth is that this is not a good deal. This place is run by a few boys. They are not professional and only looking for money. They scam you in every way they can. We've been traveling Marroco for a month and this place was the only place we encountered that was a scam. Best not to book here. The building is old. Food is always late. Location is not great. Rooms are small. And it's also not a Riad, but a dar. That's a big difference, Google it.
