Very nice Riad. The rooms could be renovated. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location is conveniently close to everything in the Medina.

We arrived quite late with kids, feeling hungry and dusty. Unfortunately, the riad didn’t offer any water as a welcome. We had to wait a long time before we could go up to our room. In the bathroom, there was no cold water, so you had to use it quickly before it got too hot to handle.

Great location close to everything in the middle if the Medina but quiet - adorable staff, sincere and kind, and especially great with children, who made us feel immediately at home - spacious room with nice decor - delicious breakfast! - cute terrace with a nice view of the Medina

It’s the same with all the riads, but the guets all eat in the lobby in the middle, so we hear others speak. If there is a big group of people staying at the same time and eating early, you hear them.m - mind your head going up the staircase - the mezzanine staircase inside of the family room quite narrow, which may be a challenge for persons of reduced mobility or a large size - good water pressure with plenty of hot water, but the bathroom unavoidably gets wet, by design :-) and the shower nozzle a bit difficult to keep in place - a very minor issue - as other places, best to pay by cash - and they advise you so - as the card f/x a bit random designated by their bank

We have a great stay at this Riad. It just right next to the Main Street. Very handy! The staff (Omar and Hansan) are super friendly and helpful. We were so happy to stay in this Riad. At the beginning we booked the room which is actually located on the roof that we didn't notice on the booking. But since I am pregnant which was actually not so convenience for me, the staff are super kind to offer us an upgrade to another room on the ground floor. The breakfast are also very rich and full. Even on the last day we need to leave early, they are very kind prepared us a take away breakfast.

The room at the ground floor is a bit cold due to the building climate. The toilet is a bit small, the floor would be flood and everything got wet after the shower. And we miss a kettle in the room. But the staff are very kind to bring us some thee if we asked.

Location is good, breakfast is excellent

1. Do not take comfort triple room, The room was very bad. Low sealing with not enough light. After you take a shower, water stays on the bathroom floor for hours. We had to buy rubber flip-flops in order to go to the toilet after taking a shower. Other rooms are way better and renovated, . 2. Hotel staff has a deal with an overpriced restaurant in medina, They might try to send you there, they might even manage to get a person to take you there. Check restaurant reviews before you go.

Excellent location right in the middle of the medina. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.
