Riad Rayhana

A calm and well decorated Riad set in the heart of the Medina, a short walk from the Blue Gate. The Host Omar communicated with me through out the day of my arrival. We arrived with our 3 kids and he sent us one of his staff to help us park in a garage outside the Medina gate and escorted us to the Riad. Upon entering the Riad it was like seeing a family member. omar was kind, warm and offered a nice tea and pastries. Check in process was quick and Omar recommended a restaurant for dinner and since we were tired he asked if the restaurant would send someone to escort there and back. After coming back from Dinner we were greeted by Hicham. Hicham was a class act and a model of what true Moroccan hospitality is. Hicham was genuine, warm and super welcoming. Him And Omar had a wonderful table set for us for breakfast which was abundant and the superb service by Hicham and Omar made the experience so wonderful. We will definitely come back. Thank u

I wish they had dinner service in their nice terrace looking over the old Medina.

Very beautiful riad, and Omar is really the greatest host. He received us with some nice morrocan tea, and all the precious advices he could give us to have the best experience possible. He was also very nice picking us up and helping us with the bags. The breakfast was really good and the location was the best possible.

Beautiful Riad, great Location, amazing staff.

The shower was a bit quirky. You had to step up quite a bit to use it, so a little dangerous to use. I’ve learned A riad is not a silent or completely quiet place as there are no real walls, so you can hear other people. The fact that it felt less private, was less attractive overall.

Its history and decoration.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable and the bedsheets seemed old. The guy at the reception kept telling us that we were going to get lost, it seems he just wanted to sell us the private guide.

Service was excellent and the staff was always ready to help, bed was really comfortable and clean, breakfast was tasty and big in size. The surroundings are very silent and yet in the heart of the medina. The architecture of the place was also a real gem to enjoy :)

Shower (some of the water didn't flow down because of the angle of the floor); having a table where we could put our belongings would be nice (there was a hanging rack but whatever we didn't hang didn't have a place).

The food was good. The people were helpful. The room and accommodations were ok. It was value for money.

The Riad is in the heart of the Souk but finding it was challenging. The Riad itself was clean but everything around was dirty.
