Someone there to check me in would have been nice. The instructions to the key lock was never sent. I rode a bicycle on my tour of Japan and that was on a cold miserable rainy day, only to be stuck on the street with no refund. I am enraged.

"Risky and unpleasant."

There was no key or card left in the mailbox for the self check in as agreed. Nobody answered the phone calls for solve this problem. I ended up stranded in the street at night.
