Pondok Prapen Guest House

I love everything about this place. The bed is huge and super comfortable, A/C is cold, toilet is very clean, staffs were very friendly and attentive, breakfast was good. Since my friend is a vegan, they gave fruits instead of the regular breakfast. Coffee and tea were great! When i heard people said about ants and other insects, i agree but it’s not a big deal at all. I saw ants on my bed but then i brush them off and it was fine I didn’t get bit or anything. But we’re lucky there’s no other insects came into our room.

Nearby Ubud art market, super budget friendly rooms

There was mosquito issue in the room though it was because of nearby plantations. Rooms were basic with no TV, gym, swimming pool for the ones we booked.

Beautiful family run guest house. The room was so peaceful and away from any noise on the Main Street. It was a short walk from the busy area of Ubud. The staff were excellent and made us feel right at home.

Although the guest house isn’t accessible by car, the staff were really great with helping with our luggage and advising on taxi pick up spots.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was nice and available, the room was comfortable and with a lovely traditional balinese style. We loved that each room has a private terrace and that they bring your breakfast there. Highly recommended!
