Quiet location in a busy area, and okay for a budget accommodation.

This budget accommodation is in a quiet location within a busy area but has significant issues. There was no or very limited internet for three days, making planning difficult. The bathroom had a broken door handle, and the property was unmanned with no staff presence during the day. Communication was poor, with no response from staff on Booking.com and no WhatsApp contact. Staff were initially reluctant to serve breakfast for three people, despite the booking being for 1 adult and 2 children. However, breakfast was not provided by the third day. The accommodation had no hot water, tea, or coffee facilities, and the kitchen was not accessible to guests. The bathroom was moldy, bedding was inadequate with only a thin white sheet provided, and the beds were uncomfortable. The location allowed easy access to mosquitoes and was not suitable for toddlers due to exposed electrical wires, steep steps, and a snapping dog next door.

The position was very good and the staff was kind. Breakfast ok!

We stayed in room 4 and unfortunately it had a really bad mould smell 😢

Our host was very lovely and attentive. Great value, simple, quiet accommodation.
