Pemuntalan Guesthouse

Very clean room, very bright. The desk was small but my husband was able to work while I did enjoyed the garden and terrace. We really enjoyed being in a quiet location. Evening walks at Devils tears, good restaurants, and easy walk/scooter to mushroom or other places. Wayan was so helpful and kind.

This was such a beautiful property. We ended up lengthening our stay. We were working during the day, and the balcony, desk, and pool for breaks was perfect.

Room was very clean on arrival, air con worked well, bed comfortable and room a good size. Laundry service nearby was very good and had plenty of nearby cafes within walking distance. Close to Dream Beach and Devils Tear. Good value.

Hot water in shower barely worked during our time there. Rooms were not always cleaned well and the wifi had issues most days. Electric cut off in middle of the day 3/5 days we stayed there. Communication with owner via booking.com/whatsapp was not always the best (slow replies or no reply). Our bathroom door didn’t close fully either which meant we could hear restaurant / bar out the back of room

We took 3 of the 4 double rooms for our family. It was Spacious, clean and comfortable in a peaceful location close to 3 different beaches and plenty warungs. The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, rooms were cleaned everyday. Cookies warung was fantastic and only 2 minute walk away. Dream beach and sunset beach was a short walk and mushroom bay was also walkable but we took bikes.

No water refill

The host is very friendly and helpful. The rooms got cleaned every day. Breakfast was good. He also offers to rent a scooter for a low price.

The warm water didn’t work in our room. They said they would fix it but they didn’t.

The location was really great. The size of the rooms was nice and spacious - the outdoor bathroom was nice. A comfortable bed and spacious room were good. The breakfast included was good :)

The bathroom wasn't clean, especially the toilet. I didn't have a hot shower the entire stay. In the middle of the day the electricity would just switch off meaning the wifi would stop working (I was working while I was staying here so it wasn't very convenient).
