Chalet spotlessly clean ,bathrooms pristine. Safe environment for children

There was no ATM on site as stated in listing .Breakfast not available til 09.30 .This should be highlighted as the village shop only takes cash and closes early .There was no ATM on site as stated in booking .com. No one at the property when we arrived . The bed beside the window bed clothes appeared damp .

Did not like this at all

This is advertised as Luxury Glamping, it is far from that. Giltraps need to change the photo’s on there website, it’s false advertising,we booked this for my husband 60th birthday, I was horrified at the state of the place, toilets and showers were a walk away from de hut, there was not a full wall between the men & women’s wash areas, was very run down, maybe it was nice when it was first built but not now. The floors in the cabins were dirty, you could see outside through spaces between the walls and roof, it’s advertised as well insulated, thats definitely not true. Giltraps tried to take payment from my Revolut at 13.52 pm, even though we had chosen to pay at the property and check in time was not until 15.00 pm,

Staff were great, log cabin was clean,spacious and warm. Toilets,showers,kitchen and lounge excellent and clean also the grounds amazing. Thank you 😊

It was perfect, no complains. We recommend the breakfast 😊
