Staff, facilities, cleanliness.

Lack of security. Lack of vetting of guests. Mix of groups- families and parting groups. Emergency contact at the property was not manned and no response when a serious issue arose at 4.45am.

The acccomdation was very comfortable the Staff were A+++++. And gilfords pub was excellent the locals where so welcoming and very friendly will definitely be coming back

The bed was so comfy slept great last night . It were really warm too .

We didn't like the showers being separate to the pods. The showers were quite bad too water sprays all over the place . I went jnto one of toilets wasn't even cleaned properly . No tea making facilties in pod another No No.

Plenty of toilets, pretty little cabins nicely spaced out. Very cute, just tiny.

Cabins did not have toilets / ensuite

I loved the privacy of each cabin, beautiful property, easy to locate

Staff were very friendly and gave us a tour of the facilities on arrival. Cabins were very clean and homely. Beds were clean and very comfortable. You could have breakfast delivered to your cabin in the morning, however we had an early start so couldn't avail of this. The Giltraps pub offers stone baked pizza, chips and chicken goujons for evening meals. Food was delicious and very fairly priced. Would definitely come back again. Thank you for a lovely stay

Not much to do around the village if you have kids with you. You are 15 minute drive from Birr so we were able to drive
