Fantastic location, gorgeous garden hidden in central Ubud. Quiet and tranquil.

Quite run down. Big rooms but peeling paint on walls, blocked sink & wet shower room so the water didn’t drain. Electric outage when I arrived so no lights or ceiling fan. Ok for the price, but very basic. Building works underway in the central courtyard so noisy in the daytime.

Nothing bad to say, affordable private room in a good location

Bathroom smelt a little like mildew after using the shower but it was not a problem

Construction going on right outside our room and over the pool so we couldn’t use it. It was noisy. This was not mentioned in the listing. Shower was also cold and smelt of sewage. The room had lots of mould. No basic items like hand soap soap provided. Aircon hardly worked and smelt bad.

Nice big room, comfy bed, friendly staff, great location.Will be back to stay again in a few weeks.

I liked the worker kadak he was amazing at trying to accommodate every need.

The place was advertised with an on-site shared kitchen ( did not exist) Advertised breakfast on site from 45,000, nothing available. Every morning, I had to have a cold shower as the water wasn't heated up in time. 2 out of 4 rooms booked had lousy air conditioners (which Kadak got someone straight out to fix) I am travelling with family 3 of which are female and 2 of my my daughters who were made to feel uncomfortable by the construction workers staring at them all day everyday.

The staff was not there 24 hours as well as no one told you where the power outlets were or the light switch were to make the stage cosy as well. There was no hot water in the

Location is good, ambience is nice, staff is friendly

The staff did not communicate well via apps. The toilet on the 2nd floor was clogged. Water needs time to fully dissapear. The pool is nice, but there's an ongoing construction next to it. So it's a bit uncomfortable
