Karta House

Simple but sufficient accomodation in very good location, walking distance to Ubud centre. Room was very light and super clean, furniture new, super comfy bed, nice view in the garden, terrace, quiet place.

I loved the location and the patio area. The room was spacious, airy, and got plenty of natural light.

There was some construction going on nearby, and the room is quite close to the street, so it was a bit noisy. But I didn’t really mind since I only stayed for two nights and I slept well there.

For me personally the best homestay in the Center. Super clean, beautiful view. The family is so welcoming and friendly. Last year I was here for the first time. Right now I‘m here for the second time. I will book it again, if I come back to Ubud. Just a perfect homestay. Thank you :)

Great location, central but away from the traffic. Very easy to reach anywhere in town by foot. The street has some excellent warungs. Very comfortable bed, and nice balcony with sun. Super friendly and accommodating owners. Fast WiFi with no issues. Highly recommend, and I hope to return.

Karta House is a lovely room with a beautiful big window and balcony. The bathroom is nice and clean and they provide shower gel and a towel. AC was great. The location was also very good, i felt very safe as a solo traveler. The staff cleaned the room every day and I felt very at home. They also helped me organize my transport to my next destination.

The walls are on the thinner side so I could faintly hear my neighbour snoring or talking. But with earplugs this was easily solved.

The hosts are very kind and the room big with a nice balcony. It’s mostly quiet but in the evening sometimes there is music. It’s very calm and beautiful to sit there. The furnishing and lighting is basic. Great value for money. I would come back !

Everything is great, I came back to stay for the second time for more than a week. They clean the room every day, the room is full of day light, spacious, the balcony has a beautiful view, you can see the mountains. Very cozy street.

I really think the owners should pay attention to all the reviews about the blankets without covers. Both times I've been I've asked for an extra sheet and used it, not the blanket.
