Wet bathroom but understandable for the cost.

Saman, Nilani, and their family welcomed me like one of their own and made me feel truly at home during my long-term stay. I’m very grateful to them, and I will truly miss them a lot. Everything is new and continuously being renovated, and the rooms and all areas are cleaned with great care and attention to detail. The washing and drying machines they use keep the sheets and towels perfectly clean, hygienic, and smelling fresh. Starting each day with a different, non-spicy, and delicious breakfast with a sea view is a real pleasure. The fiber internet is very fast and the WiFi connection is excellent, making it ideal for remote work. You can comfortably work from the table in front of your room while enjoying the ocean view. The large ceiling fan, air conditioning, and fridge in the rooms add extra comfort. The beach is wide, peaceful, and just steps away from your room. If you’re lucky, you might even see local fishermen using traditional fishing methods. You can also relax all day on the sun loungers in the garden under the large umbrella. And the sunsets here are simply amazing. Watching the unique sunset every evening is something special. There are many restaurants and cafes along the beach just steps away, all offering tasty food at reasonable prices. Saman also rents scooters at a very fair price and offers taxi and tour services. You can confidently ask him for advice and recommendations for your Sri Lanka trip. Galle Fort and Hikkaduwa Turtle Beach are very close to this place, so you can easily visit them on day trips during your stay. I will truly miss Saman, Nilani, and their family a lot.

Very kind family! Complete breakfast that kept changing during our 3 night stay! Very relaxed ending to our Sri Lanka trip!

Die kleineren Zimmer sind ungemütlich und haben kaum Platz für das Gepäck, besser die größeren buchen

We loved everything: Fantastic location right on the beach. Room that was not huge but offered a lot of storage and even a small fridge. Well-equipped bathroom. Yummy, copious and varied breakfast. Excellent seafood restaurant just a few steps away. Just a short Tuk-Tuk ride to historic Galle. Super-friendly owners, Saman always made sure we had everything we needed, organized transport at a very reasonable price.

Not a problem for us, but the waves at the beach are quite powerful, so it is not ideal for swimming.

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft sind super nett u. Haben Direkte Strandlage. Zu Fuß sind viele Restaurants Fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Laden ist direkt gegenüber um Getränke u. Kleine Snacks zu kaufen. Das Zimmer war super sauber u. Komfortabel. Das Frühstück wurde immer frisch zubereitet u. Jeden Tag anders. Super WLAN. Uns wurde jeder Wunsch erfüllt :) Bushaltestellen um die Ecke. Wir haben sogar frische Kokosnüsse von Saman bekommen, direkt vom Baum!

Right next to the beach. Amazing view. Very helpful and welcoming host. Delicious breakfast. Quiet at night, you can clearly listen to the ocean waves. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay.
