Saman Beach Guest House

Wie außerordentlich gut das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bei Saman ist, wurde uns insbesondere im Vergleich zu unserer nächsten Unterkunft in Tangalle klar: Sie liegt zwar auch direkt am Strand, aber um richtig baden zu können (...sofern die Brandung das zulässt...) muss man ca. 400 m gehen; am hauseigenen Strand drohen Felsen und Seeigel. Das ist bei Saman nicht so. Wir konnten zwar auch dort nur selten Baden, aber eben nur wegen der hohen Wellen - nicht wegen des Untergrundes. Zudem zahlen wir jetzt 40 % mehr als bei Saman - und da ist noch nicht einmal das Frühstück enthalten. Apropos: Bei Saman wird das sehr leckere, reichhaltige und variantenreiche Frühstück allmorgendlich direkt vor dem Apartment serviert :-)). Was zudem über die allgegenwärtige Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Belegschaft bereits in anderen Rezensionen geschrieben wurde, können wir nur unterstreichen! Was ich aber unbedingt noch besonders hervorheben möchte, ist die 1a Qualität des WiFi! Endlich konnte meine Frau problemlos remote arbeiten!! So guten Empfang hatten wir in den vorherigen 11 Reisewochen noch nie.

Great location, traditional Breakfast, reliable fast WIFI and very clean, Saman and his family are all so nice and helpful. Very good restaurants and bars within a minutes walk.

L'emplacement est idéal en bord d'océan, avec une chambre donnant sur la plage, pas de bruit de la route. Logement propre, accueil sympathique et un petit déjeuner Sri lankais délicieux, la cuisinière est exceptionnelle !

Voyageant à 2 avec 2 grandes valises la chambre manquait un peu d'espace. Certaines prises électriques (bien qu'apparemment en bon état)avec ou sans les adaptateurs ne permettaient pas le chargement d'un téléphone car mauvais contact

Saman and his family were super hosts . Arranged out TUK TUK tours of Galle Fort and Turtle beach . Best guesthouse and location we stayed in Sri Lanka

Everything! It is an amazing place. The rooms are beautiful, clean with incredible sea views, from the porch in front of your room you have an incredible breakfast. The owner and his family is absolutely nice, helping with everything and taking care of you all the time because they want you to feel like at home.

I didn’t want to leave. It was amazing! Thank you Saman!!!
