Nice staff, perfect place with shared kitchen and water dispencer.

Only backdraw, that there is a mosque literally next door giving you an early wake. Earplug is a must for non-muslims.

Lovely guest house in the middle of Solo, great location to see the city and a very comfortable and quiet hotel. The staff were also so friendly and helpful throughout especially the owner who was kind enough to show me around the city and take me for some amazing food and drinks. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Surakarta, thanks again!

it was really peaceful, good night's sleep, street food carts in the street outside in the mornings , traditional market at the end of the street, Staff helpful and friendly. Owner/manager Prato was over and beyond helpful. took us to different parts of the city in his car. Batik Village, the Guitar making Village , night festival. Cold and Brew coffee shop 10mins walk away - .and to particular dinner spots. Really got a great idea of Solo . we traveled to Prambanan from Solo - very easy day trip on the commuter train. good shower comfortable and quite air con. dark rooms. It is a real Guest House!!

they were repairing some of the plumbing so sometimes the water pressure was low

Excellent value for the cost. The room was spacious, the facilities were great, and the staff was warm and welcoming. They even provided some breakfast snacks a couple mornings of my stay. A huge bonus was being shown around town by one of the managers. He brought me to local food spots, a Batik art workshop and museum, and provided so much valuable insight to life in Solo. I’m super grateful the guest house offers this service, as it was certainly a highlight of my time in Indonesia! I wish Suprapto and the staff all the best; this was a lovely stay, and I’m grateful for the experience!

The AC was slow to work, but it’s a minor detail.

Can't say enough good things about my stay here. Room was very clean and there was a nice kitchen available to use. Most importantly the staff were incredibly friendly. If you're lucky, the manager Prapto will be available to show you around a bit. Was one of the highlights of my trip through Java.

Sparkly clean. A spacious standard double room on the upper floor with a very comfortable double bed, a quiet AC and a wardrobe with hangers, two wooden safes (with keys). On the upper floor there's a hot/cold water dispenser with free coffee/tea bags and sugar. On the ground floor there are shared dining rooms and a shared kitchen. Sparkly clean private bathroom with a hot water shower, a sink, a Western style toilet, two comfortable towels, bottled shampoo, body soap and hand soap. Free traditional snacks. Spacious parking lot for motorbikes and cars. Very good TV reception (free channels) and free WiFi. A nice sunset view from the rooftop.

Shower hot water was rather unstable; staff weren't so helpful; no tooth paste and tooth brushes; no garden view as written in room description.
