The ambience was amazing

The service of the staff was very slow and secondly when we were asking them for any additional help like if we need snacks or if we need tea without sugar physically, my father is diabetic so we would used to ask for non-sweet and tea so they would used to say no and then for food. Also they were saying that you know a kitchen will be close your order in advance. So basically when we wanted some additional services which I believe was in their capability, we were always been diffused and secondly we had our early morning. Check out somewhere around 5 AM and when I asked them for a slight discount it was again Anu so basically whatever we were asking them they were refusing it and that’s where my family was quite upset. The service is very slow and they don’t provide us any snacks or any basic facility. All we hear from them was NO it cannot happen

Cost factor....A bit expensive. But when I see other things, I would like to visit again..

Behavior of staff was very good ,specially Nandu ji is as a person and his behavior is very good Breakfast quality 👍 good location very clean and peaceful we enjoyed our stay in bhopal highly recommended to stay in Giovanni suites

The vibe and the interior are amazing. I ordered food from a Japanese restaurant and the staff was very helpful. The TV and online streaming services were excellent. Thank you team.
