InTown - 60 second walk 2 Minster!

It was at a walking distance to main attractions. It was also easily accessible by bus. The host, Kurt was very responsive. He was sensitive to our needs. Self check-in and check-out were easy. The room was clean and bigger than my expectation. There are many cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. Even if the room was looking at a very busy road it was quiet at night.

The TV could not pick up a signal, due to a damaged co-ax cable. The room wasn't particularly clean and was looking a bit tired.

Cramped , dirty , smelled of damp, furniture and walls damaged and dirty needs a real upgrade

Comfortable and close to centre of town

Hard to locate building on arrival, needs bigger signage. Key safe needs lowering not for short people. Windowsills, and ledges on outside of shower need cleaning. Over priced

Très bien situé à 5 min à pied de York Minster et du vieux centre ville. Chambre spacieuse avec un hall d'entrée et un petit canapé pour se poser.

Oreillers épais et durs. Pas de double vitrage dans la salle de bain : bruits de la rue et frais.

Or room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Location was amazing.

We had trouble getting in, due to error in code sent. But, hey, we all make mistakes. I feel that we should have been made aware of very narrow, steep 3 flights of stairs. A challenge for 2 elderly people and there was no one to assist.
