Roshini Serviced Apartments

The location was T Nagar no complaints Food was never served on time. We have to ask for breakfast to be served else it's not given. The host yells at us for not showing up for breakfast.

I have booked 2 rooms for 7 days, Used the common hall area,3 days for 2 hrs/ day. This is the main reason for the host to be furious. The host was impolite; even when my guests were seated in the hallways, he yelled at us to keep the fan's lights on. embarrassed us in front of my friends and family on several occasions. Although we were permitted to use the common areas, the host became angry about common area usage and said we were wasting electricity. When I questioned him about why he turned off the lights and fans while my guests were seated, he became irate and said, "You are going to give a bad rating anyway." Because he was focused on rating and realized that I wasn't the candidate who would provide a high rating, he became colder and meaner during the rest of my stay. For 7 days stay I had coffee and breakfast only one day and it was poor. Cutleries were old and stale. Mostiques, lizard and spider webs were all around. There was an iron center table which was wobbly. When complained the same to the host, he said 'I have a good first aid kit if you're hurt', rather than acting on the broken furniture. Room cleaning was done only if asked. Towels and bed clean up , only we have to request then done . No kettle, washing machine, or any other amenities, Just a room will AC and bath attached.

Helpful staff, I could even send my post there. We got breakfast served. Quiet place.

Our host was friendly and helpful although he sent back the boy who was bringing bedsheets. We were too tired to ask, it was late and we were tired. Not nice.

A very clean and spacious apartment, the hospitality is very good too.

The only drawback was that the bed i got was two single bed put together and it was uneven in the middle.

The rooms were large and clean. The breakfast was served hot and fresh in our flat itself. Ravi and the helper shankar were very kind and helpful in the 2 days we stayed. Mr. Ravi also promptly couriered a few items we left behind post check out at hoa own cost..this was truly noble of him.Would highly recommend the place.

Everything was good. The owner Ravi took care of us well.

The location was good, room size was good

Mosquitoes in the room and no arrangement for it. The bathroom is very basic without a paper' roll. Breakfast was so basic. It's basically not full apartments,they give a room in the apartment, that's too without kitchen access.
