Well maintained, clean, tidy. Great location. Very good host in Mr. Ravi. Fantastic value for money.

Very friendly and courteous behavior. It is slightly an old building but everything works. The lift is also old but works well. Clean. An auto stand is half minute away. An excellent vegetarian restaurant is only 4 minutes away. T Nagar is walkable distance. We took 27 bottles of Aquafina and the owner did not charge a paisa more.

Can’t say I did not like, it doesn’t look like a posh hotel. That’s all.

It's my pleasure to share my positive experience at Roshini's Serviced Apartment at T.Nagar. I must say that it exceeded all my expectations. The host The owner Mr Ravi was always available, prompt and eager to help with any request or enquiries. This helps to make our stay convenient and comfortable. Believe it or not, he went out of his way to arrange for our trip to Mahalipuram, Pondicherry, Kanchivarum and Tirupati. The room A spacious, clean(no insects) with good beds and pillows. Breakfast Simple but homely food-dosa, vaday, omelets with bread, Pongal was served everyday with a very good cup of of coffee. Location Proximity to central places of interest- the apartment is situated in a quiet residency area. I'll nor hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in T.Nagar

The bathroom should be improved. It would be great to have AC in the common area
