Very clean and comfortable place. The rooms and living area are spacious. The owner and staff were very helpful and friendly. They were particularly accommodating towards my mom since she's not well. They went above and beyond to make her comfortable. They also had a good wifi connection that enabled me to work remotely. Apart from breakfast, they provided meals and beverages for an additional charge at reasonable rates. The food and coffee were really good. Overall, had a great experience and definitely recommend the place.

My only issue is that the place isn't entirely wheelchair friendly. Although there is a lift, the entrance has a few stairs. Also, if you have a wheelchair, it won't fit into the lift unless folded.

The service apartment is in good locality. Host and cook both are good and friendly.They take good care of the guests.Also very neat .The room is large and spacious .Good lighting is there . Facilities are good , room is well structured with a space to work for IT people .Good cupboards , mirror . Then we can use the common space like dining table, hall .Also we can wash our clothes and dry it in the terrace. Our stay of some 10 days was good.

Only one drawback , a small one .They have smoking zone in balcony which is ideally not good.If that is avoided, it will be great.

Neat and clean typical middle class house feeling. Very basic complimentary breakfast . Lunch and dinner are prepared at extra payment in the kitchen of the flat in front of you, nothing to hide. Staff very good and efficient. Good location .

Bathroom and toilets need deep cleaning....

The location is extremely good and accessible. The room was large and spacious. It was extremely neat with washed and ironed, crisp linen. The host and the cook were both good and friendly.

A kettle was provided in the room at request, but no tea/coffee/sugar sachets. Sealed water bottle was not provided. Mineral water was provided in plastic bottles. In the bathroom, only a soap was provided which was non lathering. Breakfast was good, but only a single item - Mostly idly with chutney and sambar or Bread Omelet. They accepted payments only by cash or google pay. No credit cards/debit cards are accepted.

We booked the entire apartment with 3 bedrooms for our stay. The apartment was beautiful and spacious and located in a nice area and a quite street. The employees were very helpful to transfer our luggages to and from the apartment eventhough we left the apartment at midnight to go to the airport. All rooms had a small tv, nice bedding with a proper duvet. Although the food was basic, it was helpful to have that breakfast during the stay.

There was almost nothing in the kitchen except a few plates, glasses and an induction stove. When we wanted to reheat some food, we could not find any utensils or basic such as salt, sugar and pepper. For such a big apartment, it would be very useful to have some basic things in the kitchen such as pan, cutting knife and cutleries etc. The furnitures in the living room were very old and the dining table was quite small for the size of the house. My children were bitten by mosquitos at night so it would be useful to have all-out in all rooms. Another disappointment was the price. The price we had to pay higher than the aggregated listed price of bedrooms. Although we explained clearly our situation beforehand, we were asked to leave much earlier than planned. Therefore, it was a disappointing experience when it comes about price vs value. It would have been better if they communicated the checkin and check out time and date details clearly beforehand instead of an one word response (24h checkin).

The property is in a by lane from the main road and perfectly distanced as it's not too far away from the main road, but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle noises. Loved the comfortable stay and spacious setting of the apartment! Ravi and his team was super supportive and I'd highly recommend this place.

The distance to the metro, but the upside is that it's located in quite the center and Uber / ola rides are just 2-3 minutes away.
