"Excellent location, otherwise not good"

The location is really exceptional - in the middle of the old part of the town; this is why the property is acceptable. And because of the low price. The manager is friendly and cooperative.

The rooms are small and everything is old and corrupted - definitely needs renovation. The rooms and the bathrooms were not cleaned properly.

The location The price.

In between the check out and check in, the sweeper just sprinkled some scented phenyl. And that's it. They didn't even change the bed sheet and blankets. This is minimum requirement.
