A budgeted and a perfect located hotel to stay with a mesmerizing rooftop view ✨️ All famous places of udaipur is at walking distance from the Hotel. Must try south Indian food here.

Nothing to complain about

Hotel service and staff are below average. Bathrooms don’t have proper ventilation and no essential toiletries were provided.

Firstly, I want to note the location of the hotel. In the most tourist place and only 1 minute walk from the pedestrian bridge.There are almost all hotels and restaurants around and there are also places to walk.The room was large and clean. Lots of light, both natural and from light bulbs. Quite clean. It was winter so was cold at night, but there were many blankets in the room. Nice staff, friendly, helpful and always in touch. We arrived at 8 am and were immediately checked in without any additional payment for early check-in. At the roof top of the hotel is a restaurant with three levels. At the very top it's nice to watch the sunset. The food is delicious and prices are the same as everywhere else around. Since the hotel is located on a narrow street, there is quiet at night. Until 11 pm (especially on weekends) you can hear music from different restaurants on the roofs top but then there is silence. We slept well until 8 am.

Nothing to complain about

1) Location is at walking distance from Amrai Ghat and the bridge over lake Pichola. 2) They have nice rooftop restaurant. There are other rooftop resturants nearby 3) Hotel staff was accomodating and helping. They provided warm water on request in winter and called to check.

1) The bad smell in the bathroom was unbearable.Their freshners didn't work and we didn't have good experience. 2) They overbooked due to new year and we had to go through a long discussion to confirm our spot with booking. 3) There were cockroaches in the room. Sanity and cleanliness are questionable 4) The manager tried to sell a room with higher price because they overbooked. In the end, I had to ask for help from my Indian friends to get the room I intially booked. 5) No ventilation or window in the room. 6) Super cold in winter, No heater or heating available in such cold weather.
