Food is really good here. The location is also good, very near to prime tourist locations and market area

They didn't provide complimentary water bottles

The location: very near the lake and tourist attractions. The staff: they were very friendly and helpful. At the restaurant they were able to adjust to our dietary restrictions. The restaurant: we had all our meals at the hotel restaurant and the food is delicious. The hotel decoration and the view from the rooftop.

Location was good as it is close to market and local attractions

The cleanliness in the room is questionable. Bathroom was stinky. Bed was very uncomfortable as it had a depression on the side that was used more. Room cleaning was available only in the morning. Restaurant was on the terrace 4th floor and there is no lift facility. There was a toilet just outside our room and it was stinky. The smell travelled inside the room. The side couch in the room had so must dust. It felt like it was not cleaned from ages. I would give this hotel 3 star out of 10.
