A clean and tidy place that is well located close to the beach as well as to a number of cafes with live music. It only takes a couple of minutes to go to the beach from here through a market with local souvenirs and cafes. Even though being close to the seaside, the place is quiet and calm. You wake up and see palms from a panoramic window, which contributes to a pleasant awakening :) They tidy up your room upon request. The personnel is honest and trustworthy, you may leave your belongings in the room, they won't take anything:) They were also most helpful giving us contacts of the local taxi. We really enjoyed our stay at Kanvas Suites! The hotel is centrally located in the heart of Palolem. It’s a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants/ shops. Our room was facing the backyard with palm trees. There is no breakfast included but the owner of the hotel has also a restaurant called Kanvas a few minutes walk away where you can have great food or order food from there to your room. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. They will also arrange a pickup from the airport for a decent price. Our room was clean, spacious and bright and had a nice balcony. The bed is comfy and the AC works flawlessly. Drinking water is provided in the hotel and the room is equipped with a kettle and a mini fridge. We highly recommend staying at this place and would definitely stay again.

Not the fault of the hotel but sometimes it was quite noisy from dogs at night. Earplugs are lifesavers here.

This was a great stay. We booked a double room and got the room we booked as expected, nice and spacious .The staff is very helpful and welcoming. Wifi was great, and great location as well. Good value for money.
