The rooms were big, nice and clean.The facilities were good too.

Keep a room freshener or an exhaust fan in the bathroom. That will help in getting rid of the stink.

The room was exactly as pictured on bookings.com. Very clean & well furnished. It is situated on the main thoroughfare close to shops & restaurants & is a 3 minute walk to the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms at the rear overlooked the gardens and rooms at the front overlooked the main thoroughfare.

Nice, courteous, smiling and cooperative staff at the reception desk. Decent WiFi. Food can be ordered through their restaurant.

We last stayed at this property in August 2021. The hotel is as it was, perhaps somewhat more in need of better maintenance now. Mattresses are way too soft, and therefore uncomfortable. Hot water comes from Solar heaters, so it may take quite sometime to get really hot water. Room do need definite upgrading

We love the location The fact we could use the TV for English programmes, Disney Hotstar was available to watch which was great for the short time we were in the room. Having a quiet working fridge was good Filtered water was available in the reception area, Clean bedding and towels every few of days.

The bathroom was dirty not in a general term but as in the grout between tiles was dirty a bit of scrubbing would clean it up, the shower fixtures were all cloudy with limescale again a bit of scrubbing would make such a difference. The new costs, its expensive for what it is, since it became Kanvas all that seems to have been done is new grey curtains, grey bedding and a couple of pictures on the wall yet its double price. Wifi was a bit sketchy we were given a router to put in our room which helped I had to do some work whist in Goa and sometimes it was easier to sit in reception to make sure the emails went through

The location, close to amenities, shops, cafes and beach. It was spacious with balcony and overlooking lovely views

The room was perfect! Hotel is super close to the sea, staff is nice. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at one of the sea restaurant “San Francisco” and every time food was good (never feel sick). Strongly recommend! Comeback to the hotel, bed and pillows were comfortable, our balcony had garden view (the room was quiet), we had hot water, A/C. There were not any insects (I was surprised, to be honest). I recommend this hotel.

I felt a stale smell from the pillows. Maybe the reason is that the linen dries for a long time and the humidity leaves such a smell. You can fix this if you use a dryer and fabric softener (at least only for pillows).
