My stay i feel comfortable + cheap = Best place. Best staff, the owner is very helpful we are first time hers in kerala and we got full support from the owner to find cheap transport, best locations to visit. 100% Satisfied.

Its a home stay not 5 star hotel, so if you are looking for cheap this is the best. best rooms and big size room with clean and neat bathrooms.

We like the place, more fecelities than the rate, compare to the other hotels we stay in Trichur. Cheap and the best. Big rooms, big and clean bath rooms. All in all is good

If you compare to the other hotels nothng bad to talk about this property. Best place for people who is looking for cheap place but better than other hotel rooms.

This homestay is amazing, nice and clean and big rooms, i promise this property is value for money. Very cheap and best place better rooms than the hotels charging Rs 5000 to 7500 per night. I saw few bad comments but now realise those comments are baseless, paying such less amount and making such comments. I am sure they never see other properties in their life.

Everything is perfect and little away from the crowed. Best place to rest and relax. Best owner and staff. Nothing bad to say.

My stay here was good, nice rooms, and ambiace all are good. Big rooms , overall clean plase. Value for money. Before i book some reviews was not good but when i come and everything nice. Some bad people only make bad cmments. When i ask the owner he said they want everything free thats why they put bad comments. But when i come and experience all was good. Amazing place, calm and safe away from the crowed, Very help full staff and the owner. Such a big and nice rooms with very cheap price not available anywhere in Trichur. Some bad comments i saw because they are bad not the place bad.

We had a very bad experience with this property. I have booked two double bedrooms in this place, paid advance and have confirmed it with the owner in prior. We were told that the checking time will be 5:30 pm which is unusual and we agreed only because we were traveling and just needed a neat place to stay as a break from long drive. But when we arrived at the property, the owner was telling as that they only have one room instead of two for us. He didn't even informed us in prior and talked to us like this is expected and it's not even his fault. He offered us an additional bed in a room with an extra charge. We had no other option at that moment, and hence agreed to stay for few of hours and we did vacate early in the morning. About the room, you will find used toothbrush, shaving sets and a waste basket with complimentary waste within the bathroom. Don't even think about locking the room if you are going out, there is no such option. I don't even want to get into more details about the cleanliness. Felt like a money minded house owner who don't even care about the discomfort we felt due to the changes he made at last moment. This is a stay that i want to forget now and I will never recommend this place to anybody!!
