"Poor facilities"

First of all There was no AC. Interior of the house wasn't clean. Some flux kind of wall papers were stuck around the house to impress people while seeing the photos of interior of the house. House owner was kind of rude, he was acting weird. He kept us waiting for half an hour when we arrived at the property.
