- The owners are amazing, helpful, very attentive, cared for me, made me feel safe, tried to help me out a lot even though she speaks no english - Good value for money

- Location is far from the city :( I gave 10 because of the owners and how much they helped me and were there for me - Beds are extremely hard, but that's southeast asian beds - No much free toiletries given after the first day, I had to buy my own toilet paper and shower gel, no hand soap is given (Bit to me that was a minor detail)

The owners were very friendly and accommodating they didn’t speak much English but we got by with Google translate

The mattresses were so hard they were only approximately 4 inches thick so don’t expect a lot of sleep unless you like them that way, if they change the mattresses it would have been perfect as very cheap to stay

The hotel was a convenient place to stay. Nice room, all clean. Internet was working fine but the air conditioning was weak. The location is not particularly convenient, but it's close to the train station (anyway you have to use taxi) and the surrounding area is a bit strange but it's nice to see non touristic areas from time to time.

You have to remove shoes at the entry of the hotel.
