"Cheap hotel but good service."

staffs are very hospitable, nice and kind host.He puts in a lot of effort for his guests and makes sure that they will have a nice stay. The place is very nice and clean. I would definetely recommend to stay there!!

"Friendly staff but need some basic improvements"

New built so clean, the people were friendly.

Only had cold water in the bathroom so had to have a very unpleasant, very brief shower, only had tiny hand towels instead of shower towels, went down to ask for 2 shower towels and was given 1 dirty looking towel from some cupboard which ended up not using as I wasn't sure if it was just a dirty cleaning one they'd picked up from a cupboard. Went to bed at 19:30 as had to be up at 3am but an absolute racket started up for the next 30 or so minutes, the amount of noise was unbelievable - incessant stomping, clanging, very loud talking, it was so bad I was about to go down to ask them to be quiet because we're paying guests at a hotel but it felt more like it was a house first and we were just there.

I Think its a Best place to stay in Hue city, this guys grab me from train station at 2.30 a.m. and brings to hotel, very kind owner with good communication, know English well.

It is near the Hue Railway Station. The accommodation is convenient to travel and can easily call a car such as grab or taxi.
