THThe staffs were very nice, only one guy who can speak English though. The room was nice too and clean. Breakfast was edible, nothing fancy, i didnt get what i ordered cause they didnt speak English. Really like this stay here, nice and quiet. I checked in late and let them know and they wait for me and checked out late too but they didnt try to kick me out or anything. There are some puppy there too, super cute!
The location was a bit hard to find if you drive there and follow google map, like you have to take sharp turn down hill a bit and it’s on the right.

GBGood location for the walk up to the viewpoint and the crater, as well as lots of Warungs nearby.
There are a lot of loud motorbikes driving past and the room isn't insulated well so it was very noisy. There were also damp marks on the wall and it could do with a bit of modernisation! Looks like it hasn't been touched up in years.
DEwe booked it because another place didn’t appear. they gave us a room in a different house. the rooms are extremely humid and cold. the windows can’t be open. the shower : you cannot regulate it. just run and it comes somehow warm. for how long? no idea. no toilet paper. no soap. washing sink didn’t work at all. sad story. at least the staff was friendly !

ATBed was comfortable and location was very central and good to start the volcano tours.
Room was cold and without heater. Bed smelled and we had hair on our new towels.
