Golden View Guest Ella

The staff make the experience as they are so welcoming and friendly. Every time they greet you warmly and they give tips on best places to go. The views are amazing and are so beautiful. It’s so relaxing to have breakfast and look over the valley and Ella Rock.

The facilities are basic but it’s good value for money and everything works. Location can be tricky to get to - you can’t walk to town as it’s far so need to get a tuktuk or taxi and sometimes the taxi driver gets lost or says he can’t go up the path. However, the staff help organise a tuktuk for you or drive you themselves and the location away from the centre also means it’s more peaceful.

Difícil acesso.

Very warm welcome, and great breakfast. The view from the room when waking up and while having breakfast was breath taking.

Access was quite difficult. Several tuktuks/taxis refused or asked for twice the money to go there. Room wasn't quite soundproof. We woke up with sounds from other rooms/hallway

The view was incredible! It really is one of the highest points in Ella with huge balcony and terrace. Sitting out on the balcony listening to the sounds of nature, watching the monkeys down below with a view of Ella Rock and Little Adams Peak. The staff were our favorite of our whole trip! They were quick to respond with our WhatsApp messages and questions, and helped us with tuk tuks and transportation. Our room looked as if it is brand new! Super spacious and very comfortable for 4 adults. You really can't beat breakfast with that view. It differed each day we were there. They provided tea and coffee, Roti, hoppers, omelette, bread with butter and jam, fresh fruits,

If I had to say one negative, it is just the difficulty of having to tuk tuk, and to find one that will go up to the top of the mountainous hill to the accommodation. But the hosts were really great about helping us! The view is really worth it though!

La vistas son preciosas desde la habitación lo que hace que la llegada sea un poco complicada, ya que es un camino estrecho y con muchas curvas. El baño no estaba muy limpio. El personal es encantador y el desayuno que te preparan está muy rico.

Tout était parfait !! Le lieux est splendide et les personnes qui y travaillent également ! En particulier Jana qui a été un amour durant notre séjour et d’une hospitalité qu’on retrouve nul part ailleurs !!! Si nous sommes de passages au Sri Lanka de nouveau , il est certain que nous reviendrons !!

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit - definitiv lohnenswert!

Sehr freundliches Personal, hat u.a. bei einem strömenden Regen sehr spontan ein Dinner bereitet. Der Blick vom zimmereigenen Balkon und der Frühstücksterasse ist einfach phänomenal. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig.
