Amazing place to stay. The host was very friendly and always available to help with any taxi bookings or excursions. Breakfast was provided, rooms were luxurious and right beside Saqsaywaman. Staff brought hot water bags in the evening to warm up and overall felt like a 5 star hotel.

Aussicht, die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend, abends gab es eine Wärmflasche. Sehr bequeme Betten.

Booked this for our last 3 nights in Cusco thinking it would be a nice cozy stay and we very quickly regretted our decision. Also, most of the time it seemed like we were the only ones staying there which seemed weird for a place with such good reviews, especially during high season. - Room was clean but carpet was dirty and outdated - Bathroom and room overall felt small compared to photos - FREEZING cold even after asking for a portable heater. Once in bed it’s okay, but if you get out of bed it’s uncomfortably cold - Didn’t have a proper check in, not sure if that’s because we arrived later in the evening or if that’s how it always is, but it felt a bit discombobulated - Multiple entrances but you can only get in one which is a bit confusing at first - Several outlets in the room didn’t work - Not ideal to have to pay for room in cash - Fan in shower is very weak so condensation forms very easily and makes the whole bathroom wet - Not much around so you either have to hike up or down to get anywhere

Great value, great location (but lots of stairs! That was fine for me but definitely something to consider). The staff were lovely.

The staff are caring and attentive, but they can sometimes be intrusive, and there are also issues with the temperature in the rooms

The staff were brilliant. We stayed before and after our trek and they stored the bags for us. They did same day laundry on our return and organised a taxi to the bus station. The room was brilliant and the breakfast lovely.

We stayed one night, wish it was longer! There is a very cute dog and pleasant host that greets you upon arrival. There is no heat in the rooms but the beds were very cozy and warm even when it fell to 0° at night. We had a very comfortable stay.
