Luna House Cusco

Amazing view. Beautiful property. Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff.

The property is in Lagos location where the streets are beautiful and attractive. It takes some effort to get uphill and some steps to reach the property but once you get used to it, it’s a joyful walk. The house is so clean and grandpa ( the owner of the house) was so sweet! You will enjoy the overlook of the city and the Mountain View while getting taken care of in very thoughtful way, it’s a place we will come again next time visit Cusco

Breakfast was very poor despites of Peru rich plant and fruit availability. I stayed also in other hotels in Cusco, all of them had fresh and good breakfast. Ghy who was making breakfast and also cleaning rooms seemed to be tired and not very polite. Hotel needs some renewal.

I was quite happy with my stay at Luna House. Angela was very helpful, friendly and responsive. She helped book my taxi to and from the airport, provided laundry service, ordered food to the house, and was able to give me a small breakfast to go when I left early for a tour. The room was small but comfortable and clean. And the views were amazing! The location about 10 minutes walk to the square and is high up on a hill - good location if you don't mind walking uphill to get home. It is difficult to get Ubers or taxis to go there as it is located on a very small road. Angela can provide assistance to instructing drivers which makes it easier.

Great view, in ten minutes, you’re on main square easy walking. It was exceptionally clean and everyone was so attentive, available all the time in case we need something.

The room itself was very nice and with a great view, unfortunately the room was not great insulated. Gap between the door frame, bathroom was practically outside and very cold with a doggy louvre glass I was not able to have a proper shower it was that cold. My wife got ill, room was very cold and you could breathe the cold air. We had to cut short our stay to relocate to another hotel. I wouldn’t recommend it during the winter season as this room is not up for it. You will regret it.
