The staff super friendly and room are clean. located next to Monkey Forest. Bed large and clean.

It just a minor set up between property and booking.com mention my booking included breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel didnt provide breakfast to my booking. Its not a big deal for me since i also have another plan to having breakfast at the nearest hotel.

"The filthiest hotel ever"

1.0

Close to the temples.

The worst experience I ever had in a hotel. As I arrived, they did not give me the room that I booked. Then they explained that there would be no breakfast the next morning (as purchased) because they would be going to the temple for a special celebration. Which I said I understood and was ok (trying to be respectful). The room was DISCUSSING, the sheets had stains all over it, the mosquito curtains were filthy and never washed. The bathroom had stains on the floor and smelled very bad, also the material in the toilet seat was already half gone…. The next day I let my phone fall and as I cought it I couldn’t believe what I saw: trash under the bed. Tons of trash. Cigarette buts, wrappers, even fruit. I immediately asked the hotel restaurant staff for help but they didn’t speak english (and laughed at me). So they called the hotel worker (or manager) and he told me he would only go there to help fix it when he left the temple at 7pm (it was 11am). And then he didn’t come and there was no number to call. They also forget to tell you about the traditional dancing in the building in front of it with music you can hear loud in the room from 9pm until midnight I will never ever ever go back and heavily recommend you don’t either.
