"I wouldn't stay here"

The location was good.

We were supposed to get a double bed but ended up with 2 single beds, the manager said he would move us the next day but that never happened. The air-conditioning didn't work at all in the room this was in every room. The bathroom absolutely stunk of sewage worse than I have ever smelt. The room was very dirty and dusty, in the bathroom there was faecal matter left on top of the toilet. We weren't provided with towels and there was hardly ever any staff on reception and when they were there, they just played on their phones.

"Location is good but should improve on the amenities"

Location and ambience

The linen, sheets and towels weren’t neat. They had stains. No dustbin covers nor toilet rolls and tissues in the room. The bathroom door did not have latch to lock
