"'Value for money'"

Location is very good. Close to lots of restaurants, most of them local. Close to Ubud central.

The rooms match what you are paying. Can't expect more or less, but very clean, bedding may have stains, toilet may not smell very nice, but the cost is so low you have to overlook all this.

"Good central location"

The location was very central but no traffic noise. The property is a traditional building with traditional architecture but the room itself was quite well equipped with Aircon, wardrobe, bedside table and light, and another cupboard. The hot water shower worked well, but need to bring your own soap and shampoo.

The listing says breakfast is available for extra charge, but I was told there's no breakfast.

"Basic room, great location and decent breakfast if received."

Really central, can explore Ubud very easily by foot. Very affordable. Breakfast was nice, but you did have to explicitly track down the staff to ask for it. Good value for money

Bathroom was very very basic and smelly. Staff weren’t too helpful, but if you explicitly asked for breakfast they would provide it. Birds and dog are very loud.
